Bake Baker is an Executive Vice President at McGough Companies. He joined McGough over four years ago and serves as head of their Preconstruction Services group. Bake is responsible for leading site planning and development work efforts. This includes consultant team selection and management, programming, conceptual planning, design reviews, scheduling, entitlements, project budgeting and other development work efforts. Prior to joining McGough, Bake spent twenty years at HGA (Hammel, Green and Abrahamson) in Minneapolis as a designer and later as a project principal. He holds a Masters of Architecture from the University of Colorado and a Bachelors degree in History from the University of Minnesota. He currently serves as the President for the DBIA's Upper Midwest Chapter.

Dave Galey, a structural engineer, is a principal with Van Sickle, Allen & Associates (VAA) a 32 year old structural and civil engineering firm based in Plymouth, MN. With over thirty years in the building design and construction industry, Dave is a leader in VAA's Buildings design group. He holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University. Dave's career has included leading the structural engineering for virtually all building types and systems, as well as participating in firm management and leadership. He has been active in The Upper Midwest Region of DBIA since its foundation in 2002.

Peter Halls, a partner at Faegre & Benson, LLP, one of the largest US law firms, has provided legal advice for billions of dollars worth of construction projects around the US and internationally. John Hamilton is the president of UrbanWorks Architecture LLC. Drawing on 38 years of experience practicing architecture, John Hamilton manages the firm's project teams from the design of the building envelope through specifications. He is a registered Architect in 17 states, serves as President of the Minnesota Architectural Foundation, Chair of Minnesota AIA Council of Firms, and serves on the DBIA Program Committee. Michael Headrick is Operations Manager with PCL Construction Services, Inc. His experience with PCL has led him to construction sites in Indiana, Tennessee, Georgia, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Ontario and Minnesota with clients such as General Mills, 3M, Seagate Technologies and several high tech firms. Mike holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Master of Agricultural Engineering degrees from the University of Minnesota. Mike also teaches at the University of Minnesota as an adjunct faculty in the Construction Management Department. David is the senior vice president of operations, for the Minnesota region. He has over 34 years of experience in the construction industry. David provides our team his expertise in project development, and project launch. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stout in Industrial Technology and Building Construction Management.
